You may return your order for a refund, exchange and store credit within 10 days of receiving your order. You must contact us here and ship back your order within the 10-day window, please.

Returns for a refund are subject to a restocking fee of $10 per item returned. This fee exists to cover the time and cost it takes to inspect, clean, iron, and repackage items before they can be sold again.

We highly recommend that you add package coverage at check out. We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages at the time of transit or delivery, if you opt out of the package protection.

If you have any issues with your delivery and have not added purchase protection, we will try our best to assist you, but please be ready to reach out to the shipping provider and open a claim directly with them.

All items sold during a promotional period, such as DISCO FRIDAY, are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. No exceptions.You may exchange a promotional sale item for a different size or color, if available.
