Refund policy
We always hope that you love your purchase, but if you wish to return the treasure(s) received for whatever reason, please contact us here.
We accept returns for exchanges or refunds (minus our $10 restock fee), as long you contact us and ship back your order within 10 days of its delivery. If you contact us or ship back the order after the 10-day return window, we cannot process your return.
You must receive written approval form us before sending back any items, please.
All eligible returns must be in new condition; this means the item is unworn, free of any scents, without makeup stains, and in its original packaging with all hangtags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded and will be shipped back to the customer. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once receiving your order back, we kindly request 2 to 4 business days to process your return.
RETURNS FOR REFUNDS
For domestic orders returned for a refund, there is a $10 restocking fee per order, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee exists to cover the time and cost it takes to properly inspect, clean, iron & repackage items before they can be sold again.
The customer is responsible for shipping the order back to us. We do not cover return shipping costs; however, we can issue a return label for greater convenience and the shipping cost ($5 to $15 depending on the weight of the order) will be deducted from your refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed on your original payment method within 2-4 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES OR CREDIT
Size exchanges are free. A return shipping label will be provided free of charge. Once the original item is received and approved, a new order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
For domestic orders returned for store credit, customers will receive the full value, and a return shipping label will be provided free of charge.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not provide return shipping labels for out-of-country orders. Please send the item(s) back with the courier of your choice and keep note of the tracking number. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
E.U. CUSTOMERS
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
SALE ITEMS/ FINAL SALE
Sale items can only be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item or size.
Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for refunds or credit, only for exchanges in size or color, if available. Please note that items on sale during promotional periods, such as Disco Friday, are considered final sale.

We are a small brand, and managing returns is very difficult for us, so please be respectful of these policies. We will not consider exceptions.
