PROCESSING TIMES
In-stock items will ship within 1 to 3 business days once the order is placed.

Please note that items not in stock or made to order require extended processing times of 1 to 4 weeks; this will be noted on the product listing.

Please note— Processing times are distinct from your ship method transit time.
If you need your order urgently, please contact us immediately so we can shorten its processing time. 

DOMESTIC (U.S.) SHIPPING TIME AND COSTS
We offer free domestic shipping for orders over $100.
Shipping takes 3-8 days.

If you need your order sooner, please upgrade to expedited options at check out:
Priority— $18 for 2-3 day delivery
Express Shipping— $45 for 1-2 day delivery

Delivery times will be listed at check out, and vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA, USA.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

Please contact us if you have any questions or need your purchase shipped by a certain date.  We will do my best to accommodate your needs.

Delays are beyond our control once your order is in transit. Please keep in mind that if expedited shipping is added and your delivery is running late, we cannot issue refunds for shipping.

PROTECT YOUR SHIPMENT
For both domestic and international orders, we highly recommend that you add Purchase Protection at check out.

Santa Maria is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages at the time of transit or delivery, if you opt out of the package coverage at checkout.

If you have any issues with your delivery and have not added purchase protection, we will try our best to assist you, but please be ready to reach out to the shipping provider and open a claim directly with them. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide and offer two shipping options:
Economy— $25, delivery in 2-4 weeks via Ascendia (for orders up to $400 only)
Express— $45, delivery in 3-5 days via UPS or DHL.

Import taxes and fees are NOT calculated or included at the time of check out. The payment of such charges is the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are usually calculated by the courier while the package is in transit and posted online to your tracking status, prior to delivery. Please monitor your tracking for such information; you may pay any incurring taxes and fees online or at the time of delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not have information on import taxes or fees; please check with your local customs office for details.

International orders are subject to delays due to customs. If the package is returned to us due to non-payment of import fees, we cannot refund shipping costs.
